Our Hope: Resurrection
Our "hope of glory" is the very reason for our mission at Redemption Church. Our hope is bodily resurrection and the renewal of creation when Jesus returns. This hope drives everything that we do.
Longing to See Christ in You
If belief plays a central role in our spiritual life, we want to love those around us by encouraging them to believe well. We want to see Christ in you, for every one of the "you"s around us here in Redemption Church.
The Goal: New Birth
Jesus described conversion differently than we often do. We need a new birth. This is something supernatural that happens to us. Our goal at Redemption Church is for people to be born again. In other words, we care about "Christ in me."
Christians, Evolution, and Dinosaurs
This week at (Re)Discovering Jesus we spent a half hour talking a little about dinosaurs and evolution from a Christian perspective. Here are a few of the major points we covered in response.
We Need Each Other

"Keep Your Eyes Open" by Needtobreathe
This song reminds me of something that Jesus said: we need to be able to see. Jesus says that unless something supernatural happens to us, we won't be able to see (John 3:3). And those of us who have begun to see, we need our eyes further opened.
