Instead of wondering "What am I doing with my life?", what if you could say "I was made for this"?
Whether we're 20-somethings or 60-somethings, whether we're just starting our careers or have already wrapped them up, all of us are plagued by the question of what we're doing with our lives. We want work to be meaningful, for it to be emotionally fulfilling and for it to impact the world in a positive way. And we need to be able to pay our bills—we're awfully accustomed to being able to eat and live indoors!
So on August 28, Redemption is beginning a brand new message series devoted to our work lives that will help us find satisfaction in our jobs and figure out what God wants each of us to do. It may even help us change the world.
Regardless of who you are, where you are in your work life, what you do, where you've been, what you've done, or who you've done it with, we hope you'll join us. You are welcome here. We're convinced God wants to help you find what you were made for.
Plus: immediately after the service we'll have food for everyone and a bounce house with a water slide for the kids.
Our services last about 75 minutes and are casual dress. Every single week we gather to worship Jesus and find hope in Him. Come participate, come observe, or come ask your questions—just come as you are. Redemption is a great place for absolutely anyone, no matter your age, race, lifestyle, or anything else. We want to meet you!
Food Will Be Served by 12p
We'll have free food for everyone. We'll have games for the kids, including a bounce house with water, so you may want to bring a swimsuit and towel. And we'll all have a great time.
We'd love for you to join us. And we'd love for you to bring a friend.
8915 Timberside Dr, Houston, TX 77025
We share a building with St. Luke's Presbyterian Church. Our half is the northern half that borders Linkwood Dr (and theirs is the half towards Durhill St). If you get to the building, just look for the Redemption Church signs and we're just inside. The party will be on the grassy side of the building, near Timberside Dr.
